Meta House’s Recovery Community provides safe, affordable, and substance-free housing for single women and mothers with minor children in early recovery from substance use disorders. Our recovery housing program is designed to support women as they rebuild their lives in a stable, structured environment that promotes long-term recovery.

who we serve
Women must be at least 18 years of age, have a substance use disorder (SUD) diagnosis, have a funding source or ability to pay associated membership fees, and have 45 days of documented sobriety.
eligibility & expectations
Women living in Meta House’s Recovery Community are required to participate in 20 hours of productive activity each week, including attending substance use disorder (SUD) treatment at the recommended level of care, working, and/or participating in workforce development or job training classes, going to school, or volunteering.

Meta House does not offer permanent housing; Meta House’s Recovery Community is designed to help women build independence and prepare for long-term stability.
All women & families residing in Meta House’s Recovery Housing must abide by the program’s handbook.
Meta House maintains a nicotine-free campus.
