Messages of Hope
Messages of Hope is a growing art installation at Meta House, created one message at a time.
It began during the Grand Opening of our new campus, when we invited friends and family of our staff to choose a butterfly and leave behind words of hope, encouragement, strength, or kindness. Each message reflects something its writer might want to hear on a difficult day, or something they hope another person will carry with them through their own journey.
What started as a collection of butterflies is meant to continue growing.
Messages of Hope will be shaped by the voices of our clients, families, staff, supporters, and broader community, creating a visual reminder of the compassion and connection that surround the women and families of Meta House. Together, hundreds of individual words can become something much bigger: a collective message that no one has to move through the difficult days alone.
You can be part of the installation, wherever you are.
Share a message you would want someone to find when they need encouragement, reassurance, strength, or simply a reminder to keep going. Messages submitted through this page may be added to our installation at Meta House, allowing words shared from near and far to become part of the space and the community we are building together.
And this is just the beginning.
In the months and years ahead, we’ll continue inviting new Messages of Hope through our campus, events, social media, newsletters, and community. As the installation grows, it will serve as an evolving reminder for the people who walk through our doors that even on the days that feel darkest, hope, encouragement, and light are never far away.
