This year is a special year at Meta House as we pay tribute to Dr. Francine Feinberg, our visionary leader of 25 years. Dr. Feinberg became Executive Director at Meta House in 1983. Since that time, she has led the organization from an $110,000 residential treatment facility to a $5 million family-based agency. New Search Engine Yields Return for Meta House
Meta House recently partnered with GoodSearch.com, a Yahoo-powered search engine that donates half of its advertising revenue to designated charities. Now, every time you search the Web using GoodSearch.com, Meta House earns a penny.
Simply use GoodSearch.com the same as you would Yahoo or Google search engines. After accessing the GoogleSearch.com website, select Meta House as the charity you would like to support and then continue your information search as usual. Meta Moments – Tracking Success after Meta House
What are the numbers behind the success of the women and children served by Meta House? How does one gauge the change in addictive behaviors? Does the gender-specific component really make a difference?
Over the years, these have become commonly asked questions as it relates to how Meta House tracks its success as a nationally-recognized substance abuse treatment program for women. Meta House’s Executive Director will share outcome strategies and rates of success behind the program and talk about how those numbers direct the program’s vision. You will also hear from a Meta House graduate who will share her amazing journey to recovery!
This casual event is free and open to the public. An RSVP is appreciated as there will be a lunch provided.
